Service Delivery Policy

1.What you are purchasing

A NUFUCMS subscription is a licence to access the hosted NUFUCMS content management platform at www.nufucms.com for the duration of the paid term. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges.

2.Delivery timeline

• Workspace provisioning: immediate — your workspace is created automatically when checkout completes.
• Access credentials and receipt: emailed within 5 minutes of a successful payment.
• API keys and delivery endpoints: available in the dashboard immediately after provisioning.
• Guided onboarding call (Platinum): scheduled within 2 business days of purchase.
• Assisted content migration, if agreed separately: scoped and delivered to an agreed plan.

3.If delivery fails

If your workspace is not available within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact support@nufucms.com or call +1 332 322 4114. We will either provision the workspace manually or refund the transaction in full.

4.Service availability

Once delivered, the platform is available during your paid month, subject to our service level agreement. At the end of that month, access continues only if you manually pay for another month; no automatic payment is taken. Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance and scheduled outside peak hours where possible.

5.Account ownership and data export

The billing contact named at checkout is the workspace owner. You can export all content, media and schema definitions at any time through the delivery API or CLI, including during a notice period after cancellation.
