Terms of Service

1.Agreement

By creating an account, starting a trial or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2.The service

NUFUCMS is a hosted content management platform. We provide the software, hosting, delivery API and support described on www.nufucms.com for the plan you have purchased. We may add, modify or deprecate features, and will give reasonable notice before removing material functionality.

3.Accounts and access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for all activity under your account.
• Credentials must not be shared beyond the seats included in your plan.
• You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
• We may suspend accounts that pose a security, legal or stability risk to the platform.

4.Plans, payment and manual renewal

• Plans provide one month of access per payment in USD — Starter $19.99, Gold $89.99 and Platinum $129.99 — exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Plans do not renew automatically. You must manually make a new payment to continue for another month; we never charge you again without that payment.
• You can choose a different plan when paying for your next month. Contact billing@nufucms.com about a plan change during a paid month.
• If you do not pay for another month, paid access ends when your current paid month expires.

5.Free trial

Trials run for 14 days with access to the full feature set. No payment is taken automatically when a trial ends. If no plan is purchased, the workspace is paused; see our cancellation policy for data export and retention details.

6.Your content

You retain all ownership of the content, media and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and back up that content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for holding the rights necessary to publish the content you store.

7.Acceptable use

You must not use NUFUCMS to store or distribute unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt to breach platform security, or resell the service without written agreement. Full details are set out in our acceptable use policy.

8.Intellectual property

The NUFUCMS platform, brand, documentation and underlying software remain the property of NUFU CMS Solution LTD. No rights are granted other than the right to use the service under these terms.

9.Availability and support

We target 99.9% monthly availability and provide support according to your plan. Service credits under the SLA are the exclusive remedy for availability shortfalls.

10.Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care but without further warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits or data, save where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. There is no need to cancel to prevent another charge: paid access ends after your paid month unless you manually pay again. We may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of notice. After paid access ends, you may export your content for 30 days, subject to the retention rules in our cancellation policy.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the registered seat of NUFU CMS Solution LTD, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
